I wan't to use my NTSC Tivo with my digital cable?

Here is my predicament:

I have a tivo, its about 6 years old, I got it when they first came out. I have the free lifetime service which they don't offer anymore, so I don't wan't to buy a new tivo.

I am getting digital cable soon, I wan't to continue to use my tivo, but I need a way to convert the digital signal to analog so my tivo can understand it.

How can i do this? 10 pts to the one who can give me some direction even.

even if you have one of the 1st tivos, it should still be able to work with a cable box...... or are you getting cable cards? cuz if that is the case, its a no can do......
