the pdl have to be on my credit report what i am trying to say can i file for bankruptcy before it goes to my credit report you know while they are still harrassing me and calling me or do i have to wait for it to go to cr because bass and associates is calling me day n night and i dont have the money to pay can they take legal actions if i file bankruptcy or do they have to stop and wait to see if it gets discharged also have you ever done it before and can i go to jail for not oaying it back and should i file now or wait

yes and no they do not have to be on your credit report -- you just to have to show proof of debt!!!
