My current tummy while tightened, n u cnt see the side fat \/

  12. you do NOT need to lose weight. you have just as much fat (well, as little fat) as the other picture. simply do a spray tan and sit-ups to tone it up a bit. remember, you're not fat. I'd like to see your face too! i bet you're very attractive.

  18. lol i'm a red head to and when tan my skin goes dark but tan in the summer it's better and u should do some sit ups that helps alot and it'll make some muscles in ur stomach

  19. first thing i would say get a tan, and build up so confidence, then just do a diet and exersice and it will all be okay

    i dont think your trying to lose weight, the question was how to tone. god.

    i know i toned my stomach ALOT just doing crunches every night. and i run everyday around my block. i dont have time for the gym.

    and when your doing crunches and it starts to burn, do a few more then rest.. then do the same amount and rest and so on till you start doing more.  

    and running with tone ur legs as well. oh and squats and lunges will do the trick too.

    just be consistant withe exercise and youll see results.

    oh and btw im the same i dont tan.
