I wana get my old hair back but my skool wouldnt let me have it and now i can and i dnt know how?

Ok, i used to have black fringed hair, and because i went to a private school they wouldnt let me have it. now my new school is letting me. The thing is i havent done it in so long i forgot how to do it. So i have to go to get a haircut in like two weeks and i needed to know what i should say to get my regular hair back. I just basically the long hair over one eye and short hair in the back. But my bangs are a must. Heres a pic from a week ago, and i need to know what would work for me. Thanks to those who can help out.

ur probly gonna think im weird lol but like u shold do it urself that way u get wat u want and u can have it choppy and uneven and awesome lol idk i dnt trust ppl with my hair at all so i do my own =] or just tell the ppl hw u want it like try 2 give as much detail as u can and take a pix =]]
