You can definitely buy tickets at the door. Warped Tour's basically too massive to sell out.

The VisitDetroit site says that tickets cost $32. I'm guessing they might be $35 on the day of the concert (because that was how the pricing was for the Dallas show). However, there will usually be a box office tagged on to the price, so you'll probably actually pay $37-$38.
