  1. Have your parents look into the laws for your state (each state is different) at www.hslda.org.  HomeSchool Legal Defense Association has the info you need to get started.

  2. home school is not that bad you get to wake up whenever you want , eat whenever you want, take a break whenever you want , you get to do a lot of stuff don't think of it as a bad thing

  3. Get some info on your state laws and some general information about homeschooling, then go talk to your parents about it.

    http://www.successful-homeschooling.com/...

    http://www.hslda.org/laws/default.asp

  4. you can get it set up from your school i was Homeschooled for 4 months and hated it but it might be good for you but i had 2 blow a few grand on a tutor thats why i said have your parent try and do it

  5. Your gonna want to ask your parents.

    Then check your school's laws.

Homeschooling is legal in all 50 states.

    And after all that doing,

    go to

    www.connectionsacademy.com/

it's a great school, and FREE!

Your parents would love it i bet.

It's got a great curriculum too.

I hope all goes well with this!

    God bless.

  6. My three kids were all homeschooled and are extremely social and involved in many activities. The yahoo homeschool group that I belong to has just had one girl accepted EA to Yale, and a boy accepted to MIT and Cal Tech. One of my daughter's friends was accepted at the US Naval Academy. Do not listen to the person who said homeschool is for retards or the person that said you have no social life. My daughters calendar is very busy and she has enough social skills to be a teen attorney in our local teen court program, run a political club, and teach economics to 2nd grade students. She also takes martial arts, speedskates, is in Sea Cadets, and more. The first thing to do is discuss it with your parents, then look for a local support group. There are quite a few on yahoogroups. There are many styles of homeschooling from curriculum based, to distance learning, to ecclectic, to unschooling. The library also has books on homeschooling. Research it, then you and your parents can make the decision. Remember homeschoolers do consistantly out score public school students on standardized tests and in academic competitions.

  7. Think it through long and hard first. It's not like choosing an outfit, it's a major decision. And you may never develop healthy social attitudes. Most people just go right back to school. It's not easy.

  8. First talk to your parent's about it.  Then either you or your parents can do research the laws in your state http://www.hslda.org/laws/ .  For homeschool groups or more information I suggest you go to the Library.  They might have a list of websites, homeschool groups and books for homeschooling.  There are many options in homeschooling so do some research.  Find out how you learn and how (if your parents decide to let you) your parent teaches.  Good luck!

  9. home  school is fun and easy if someone is tutoring you . i am home schooled to. the program that i have its from beca academy.

  10. I was homeschooled from the time I was in 2nd grade till' 8th. (last year) It was fun @ times! R u gonna get a tutor? Ya, my mommy just taught me. We ended up going to the library a lot getting books on history and science experiments we could do. I did my math out of a homeschool packet called saxon math and Math-it and ya, hope that helps.!

  11. HOMESCHOOL IS FOR RETARDS UNLESS you ARE ONE I DON"T SUGGEST YOU TAKING IT

  12. talk to ur parents

  13. If your parents will homeschool you, you;ve got it made.  Ask them.  I am sure you can find out more on the internet about programs to get, but someone has to make the big committment to homeschool you first.
