i am 27 years old any my weight is 100 ponds, where is should be around 180 ponds. Let me knw the fastest way to gain weight. by the way i am very conscious abt the side effects of these kinda medicines.

  1. drink meal replacements in addition to your meals such as slim fast or boost. athletes do that to keep their weight up. also strength training will help u bulk up so long as u keep eating a lot.

    Daily mornings have a glass of warm milk mixed with 2-3 raw eggs with a couple of spoons of honey & may be lil bit of cardamom or cinnamon to build taste. Beat it up well & gulp it down.   4. You have gotta be kidding. Go to your GNC, diet store whatever it is where you are and get weight gaining formula. It should taste like c**p, that means your consuming the right stuff. If it tastes to good it's not working. Athletes gain weight all the time so there is plenty of stuff on the market. For instance I consume well over 2200 calories per day. To be exact my one carb shake is 2200 calories per day. Carbohydrates is the key word to gaining weight, also work out while you are trying to gain weight muscle weighs more than fat.

  10. Buy an xbox 360, along with halo 3, call of duty 4, forza motorsport 2, and battlefield bad company. get live, and stay up all night playing xbox and eating junk food. it worked for me, but i didnt plan on gaining weight. haha

    get your favorite snack, buy in bulk, eat, repeat. rest if sleepy or thirsty.

  15. Fastest way is putting on fat, so to do that, eat anything you want.  If you want muscle its a completely different story, you have to work out (obviously) and diet is very important, so its all up to you and what you want to gain, fat or muscle

    I saw one girl say "workin out" to gain weight, but you have to be big( not neccesarily muscular) to burn that weight into muscle..

    to get big, first gain weight naturaly.. Eat protein, fish, chicken, eggs..

    meats.. and a lot of grains..

    Go on that strict diet for a 25 day period.. I did :) i gained 12 pounds.. and dont eat junk food.. or work out within that time segment.. you want to gain weight first (healty weight) then, after the 25 days or when ever you feel like you are big enough, is the time you should start to work out.

    Believe me.. you will become a big and strong guy!

    It depends on your height, among of other variables...
