I wanna be an indy car racer...after hs where do i begin?

i live in southern california and i do karting as much as possible, read race car driving books, and will be starting a basic automotive class. i still have a year left of high school and want to get done as much as possible before i graduate..PLEASE any suggestions will be helpful THANKYOU

3.MOney (I know it sucks cause you have to have alot of money)

4. Aware and focused cant day dream while your going over 200 mph or get distracted

5.Good Peripheral Vision

Then go to a Racing school which lets you learn about indy car racing   Hope you make it to the big time

Well in your case you seem to have alot of experience in motor racing and know the extreme levels of fitness involved in it. There are many racing academies around but one that might interest you is the Mario Andretti racing school and jeff gordon racing school situated in various towns around the states. Gain you racing experience there and get noticed!

Frost you need to st rat racing go karts or something. but you need to enter a racing then work your way up. if you are good  some one will get you a sponsorship
