If you want to get established, go to auditions, start in theatre and make your way up to television. Get yourself an agent. I doubt anybody on yahoo answers is a tv produer looking for new talent, why not make a few videos of yourself acting,dacning ect and put them on the web? someone might notice you.

start with classes at school then do plays at shcool build up your resume get experience! then get an agent and if you want to be succesful it will take years of hard work slowly climbing the ladder of success but if you get a chance to do somethign big go for it!
