I wanna become an actor/singer and I dont know how. Any tips would help. Deets below :D?

I'm 14 years old and I live in California. Vista to be specific. About 1 hour away from LA but gas is too much to drive. Does anyone know of anyplace closer than LA? I need any help! Ill give the best answer 10 points =]

You should focus on doing local community theater and be involved in drama at your school until you are position to move to a larger market.  This way when you do move to L.A. you'll have experience and training, and it will also help if you want to continue performance training in college.

Ask your school counselor or drama teacher for advice on your career. They would know best what classes etc. are available in your area so you can learn to act and sing.
