I wanna buy a gaming console.i have got sd tv.so please do say which system to buy ps3 or xbox360?

please do tell me whether 360 or ps3 no other console and please do also answer why to choose that console.so i would be better known and will not regret.

it depends on what games you like!

when I got my first major console that wasn't a hand-me-down (gamecube) it was b/c I wanted to play Mario and Kirby games!  Next was my PS2 and then my Wii then the Xbox 360.....

Just go into a game store, look at all the games for each console and make a list of all the games you like....buy which ever console has more games you like.  I got my partner the Xbox 360 for xmas and we love it.  We chose it over the PS3 b/c most of the playstation games we wanted work on the PS2, but we didn't have an xbox.  plus, at the time I bought the 360, it was about $200 cheaper than the PS3.....
