I am guessing ur in India.. so, i would say write aieee, ur state entrance, if want iit jee., bits and whatever. if u get a cud rank in any of these u will be in a good college.

Then if it is abroad u r luking for, very rare institutions give a btech degree and the best ones r in US.

The best institute of India for B.Tech are IIT.There are presently 10 or 13  iit and in comig years it will count to 15

Also there fees is less than other private institutes

But for it you will have to study very hard to  get admission in it.

But remember it is not impossible to get through IIT -JEE
