  1. get some weed, then u cood fly :)

  2. If you want to fly a small plane, you shouldn't buy an airplane until you have a pilot license, as you'll probably be renting the aircraft at a flight school. If you want to make a living out of it, you'll probably end up flying larger jet aircraft (those there are those VLJs, very light jets, that can carry as few as 6 people).

You can choose to get a pilot licesense just for fun and have some other career, and still be able to upgrade to a comerical later on, or you can go straight into the aviation world, which would benefit you more than waiting, as American airliners, at least, value senority amongst its pilots.

However, I highly discourage joining the air force. Because although you will recieve the best possible training, you will have to commit many years of your life, and will probably only make a modest salary while possibily risking your life. Join the air force if you want to serve your country, not if just want to fly.

  3. Well i dont think you wanna join the army...you get shot....you die......you cant enjoy flying....

if you have flying experience you could open a pilot school or fly plains between islands...like a taxi....but youd have to live somewhere on the shores for that so yeah....

there are also airlines with small planes for short flights....

if you have the money to just buy it and fly without having to be troubled about the price do that, why bother then :)

  4. From your posting I gather that you are still very young. I would advice you to do this: Hang around airfields, especially if they have ultralights and/or homebuilt small aircraft under the Sport Pilot license. Get a hike in one of those planes, get a feeling of it and if you like it so much, get a few lessons with an instructor.

My point is: If you like to fly, as I do, it doesn't matter the type of aircraft; it's the real pleasure of being 'up there,' the beautiful nature experience to be like a bird. Then, with time, you can see if you want to become professional.

I am 60 years old and fly my very little Kitfox aircraft as much as I can. And when I am at the airfield alone, I always check if someone want to sit in my right-hand seat. I am sure you will find such pilots (and younger ones! :-) at an airfield near you. Good luck.

  5. Get a private pilot certificate first. Find a local flight school and take an intro flight. You have to be 16 to solo and 17 to get the certificate. It is expensive but flying is definitely worth it. Flying is the most awesome thing ever!!!! Go to www.aopa.org they have lots of information, plus, as a student pilot you can get a six month free membership! There is also www.wai.org which is for women in aviation.  Good luck and blue skies!

  6. How old are you? FYI you can begin flight school at anytime at any age. From what you said, it sounds like you just wanna fly as a hobby and not for profit. Pick a flight school in your area and attend. It should take you around 6 months to solo, maybe longer if you decide to attend less often. When that happens you have to go through a third-class medical exam. At age 17, you get your private pilot (pass second class medical exam) and you're done. (Airline pilots stay in flight school to get their instrument & multi-engine ratings, commercial certificate at 18, and build up flight time flying for regionals or as a CFI. Some choose to go into the military).

  7. zomg i wish every1 could hav wings and could fly :D that would be fun!!!

  8. Just take one step at a time.  Start with an introductory flight with an instructor.  Flying professionally is a long road, but if you want to start flying a small plane, you can make that happen today (literally!).

Follow the link below to get started.

  9. go to a cessna flite school , bring 70 dollars and take a discovery flight. ask questions.
