  1. my hair was straight i to make it straight i go to the salon

  2. yes it does work.

my hair was wavy before and now its straight and really easy to manage u just take a shower get out and u dont even need to blowdry it or flatiron it.

its good for ppl who flat iron thier hair everyday like i used to.

and if u do get it make sure u use conditioner and keep it healthy cuz it might be a little dry.  =]

  3. i never had it done before but a few of my friends have

and they say is works pretty good but you still have to straighten it yourself some and when it comes out, your hair gets more frizzier

  4. its good

and it  is a good altenative to daily straightening because it isnt as bad for your hair

    and, its effortlesss :)

  5. DO IT!! I did the Chinese permanent straightening done on my veryy curly hair that was really hard to manage..now wen i wash it, it's completely straight i dont even need my straightener anymore:D...it looks very healthy but i deep condition my hair with a hair mask from my local drugstore just to be on the safe side=) It has saved me soo much time cuz i used to straighten my hair all the time n it wud take hours...

  6. Yeah i have it done regularly because my hair is naturally very curly and hard to manage.

I would recommend it if you have to straighten it daily.

Oh, and if your going to do it, have it done at a salon, because its abit tricky to do it yourself.

  7. No, I had my hair permanently straightened and it turned out horrible! My hair is in between curly and wavy. When you chemically straighten your hair it gets brittle and breaks easily. You have to spend hours each week conditioning it, or hundreds of dollars tyring to keep it moisturized at the hair dressers. Also you have to get the best conditioners, which have a high price range. Because the chemicals make your hair fragile, you have to brush it with a large toothed comb, comb it neatly in a bun every night so it wont get knotted.

Chemically treated hair is thirsty and dries out very easily. So if you go swimming you have to wear a swim cap or risk damaging your hair.. more. You have to deal with hair that splits easily, and tons of split ends.

You're probably going to regret it. Right now I have grown out my hair and its back to being curly. After about three years I'm still battling with the dryness that the chemicals left, but with constant deep conditioning, I'm winning. Yay me.

Think hard about this, is straight hair really worth all the time, effort, money, and damaged hair?
