i wanna get a face surgery, because i want to modify my shin

i want to make a division in my shin, sorta what ricky martin, eminem, all alot of persons have

i think you mean "chin". but anyways, you are fine the way you are. embrace that, and besides you would honestly look worse with a clef-ed chin. good luck :)

You mean a clef in your chin? You would be stupid to have surgery you're already better off than a lot of guys. I think clef chins are ugly.
