There are a few unusual conditions in which you wouldn't want to, generally if you're not very healthy for some reason and alcohol would make the condition worse. Things like heart problems or circulatory problems or digestive/intestinal issues. Not being a doctor, and specifically not being YOUR doctor I don't know the definitive answer, but if you're ok to drink and ok to have s*x than mixing the two probably won't be a problem.

I tried to last night and I didn't enjoy it because I had too much alcohol. Eventually I stopped cuz I got sick from the motion.
