  1. man it depends on who you are naturally it comes to you automatically its like in your dna when you shadow box to you see yourself moving around alot or do you feel yourself wanting to come in and brawl thats what you got to ask yourself

IT JUST DEPENDS ON WHO YOU ARE.....

    thats how you can tell

  2. I started working out with weights at 15. I am not lying when I say I pressed sets with 40lbs. I was 5'8" 115lbs. Two years later I was 145lbs and broke the high school B.P. record. My only regret, I should have started working out earlier. Lift weights, get strong. Eat alot of food (good diet, not Doritos, lol). To gain speed, when you run, use the arms alot. Get neck deep in water, throw punches as soon as you can. Keep it up and get used to it. When you punch for real weights make you stronger, water resistance makes you faster.

  3. speed is more important. better to hit your opponent 10 times then just twice really hard

  4. a good boxer will have a good combination of both speed and power ur too young for weights you shudn start until 16 yrs of age so push ups press ups will be better
