okay, so I recently found out that my aunt was pregnant (I don't know who the father is...again.) She gave birth two months ago.

We offered to take care of the baby just for one day because she's working. He's soooo cute! and handsome too.

My brother and I said that we don't want to keep him but actually, we're so happy that he's around. I changed his diaper... LOL. because all the other adults were busy and the one who's available kept on screaming and didn't know what to do. Fortunately, I did.

My aunt will take him back to the province next month but I really want him to stay. My mom said that she could take care of the baby until it grows up, that is if my aunt wanted her to.

I'm 16 so I think I can take care of him too. My brother always makes the baby laugh so we really really want to keep him.

What will I do?

  1. If your parents died, could you take care of him?

If not, then you can't take care of him because you are still being taken care of...

The simple fact is that it takes money in order to feed and clothe and house people.  If you couldn't personally give those things to him, you shouldn't accept responsibillity for him.

Apparently the person below me lives in a fantasy land where money grows on trees and responsibillities and the consequences of ones actions are meaningless.

  2. Don't listen to that b******e...

I am 17 and I have three baby brothers and sisters. I promise you it will get hard after a while... he is only 2 months.

You aunt should keep her child unless she is unfit and doesn't take care of her child right. I know how you feel I loooove babies too. But I'm sure your aunt does too. That is her baby and it should be raised by her unless for some reason she cannot. That is her decision, I know it would be the hardest thing for her to give up her baby if she couldn't take care of it. Let her decide what she wants to do with her baby.

Maybe you could babysit for her somtimes?
