I wanna knit this.. any tip on how..?

I want to knit something similar to this:

The importance is that the dress has to be halterneck and tight.

How do I do this?

You will need to make this dress with negative ease - make it tighter than your measurements.  Remember that stockingnette stitch will stretch vertically, so you much either make the halter strap portion shorter, or line the upper portion of the bodice and straps with a woven lining fabric.
