  2. yoga stuff and i no an underground judo place that does an odd method where ur standin squared no stance u jump 90 deg one wayy jump bak jump 90 def other way jump bak then 180 deg 240 deg an 360 deg but use both sides evenly o and for jumping strech out and do squats

  3. Take up Judo. In order to throw a person you have to pivot, by using your hips

  4. the elasticity in your movement will come from practicing just that.  Repetition is what type of exercise you need to do, but it is more than that.  I'm sure you'll get plenty of ideas from people but my bit of advice is:  when you do your moves/ exercises, move quickly.  Your goal is not to build muscle, a fluid and even movement would promote good muscle growth, but your going for speed and reaction.  Example,  when you practice jumping, jumping will be your best exercise to help improve (Fact) but when you do this exercise start your next jump before you even land.  don't jump up, land, cushion your fall with your knees, instead try and make your jumps very fast and choppy.  when you get tired you will notice that you can no longer jump this way and instead you will land and jump again, and over time your jumps will take longer to do forgetting that you can't jump as high either.  When you start to get tiered, stop jumping.  Have a rest period, or do another exercise and then continue again at a very fast rate.  do your kicking exercises this way also.  remember when you slow down your no longer exercising your bodies elasticity.
