I wanna learn MS-Access completely, can i do that on net,if yes ? can anybody tell me?

You can learn anything by just using the internet.  The key is picking something in Access that you want to build, then just try to do it, and keep googling for answers.

Here are a couple of sites.  One has the "Teach Yourself" books online, and MS Access is included, and One is the "Official" online prep courses.

But to REALLY learn it inside & out You'll need to actually work with it.  Try downloading the Sample DB "NORTHWIND" from Microsoft's Knowledge Base.  It has walkthroughs on doing a lot of stuff that don't make much sense in the books...
