that's about 5Kg right? I wanna lose it as fast as possible but still healthy, and if you could, please don't add those crazy diets and stuff.
My daily routines: I go to school from 6.45am and arrive at home around 4.45 pm. I exercise but not very frequent, if you compare with my friends, I do 30 minutes of "crazy" dancing to my favorite songs (that's like jumping and screaming and singing along, LOL) and I also walk for around 10-20 minutes after I go home from school.
