hey there im wanting to know how to make a protein shake to keep in fit please tell me the best tasting ingridients along with the amount of each thanks no answer is wrong!!!!!

  1. Get the vanilla powdered milk whey from a vitamin shop, GNC, or grocery store.


  2. brand name . MAX MUSCLE. buy at gmc.. its best tasting one out there.. throw in 2 table spoon nonfat yogort plain, 1 scoop protein mix, 1 banana, 1 cup milk... also can ad like 3 straw berrys.. deliciosly healthy

  3. Berry Blast Protein Shake -- Fruit Smoothie --

    Ingredients

    3/4 cup frozen berries or fresh berries (blueberry, raspberry, blackberry, strawberry, or mixed berry)

    1/2 cup organic vanilla yogurt

    1/2 a banana

    1/2 cup cold fruit juice, your choice (we use blueberry or white grape juice)

    1 tablespoon wheat germ

    1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder

    Directions

    1) Put ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse until it is your desired consistency.

    2) For a thicker shake or if you use fresh berries add a few ice cubes.

    Ingredients

    1 banana, frozen

    4 strawberries, frozen

    1/2 cup yogurt

    1 cup orange juice

    1 scoop protein powder

    1) Put all ingredients into blender.

    2) Blend until smoothie consistency is reached!

    Ingredients

    1 cup frozen mango or fresh mango, cubes

    1/2 banana

    1/2 cup organic vanilla yogurt

    1/2 cup fruit juice, of your choice (I use mango-peach or white grape juice, orange juice is very good as well)

    1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder

    1 tablespoon wheat germ

    Directions

    1) Add ingredients to blender or food processor and pulse until you reach a desired consistency.

    2) For a thicker smoothie add a couple ice cubes.

    1 cup skim milk

    2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder

    1 tablespoon natural-style peanut butter

    1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder

    1 medium banana

    Directions

    1) Place all ingredients in a blender, with a handful of ice cubes.

    2)Blend until smooth.
