  1. She will not be able to join you in the U.S. as soon as you are married, there is a current waiting time of around 5 years before a visa number will become current for her.

She may enter the U.S. on a B2 tourist visa if she can provide strong enough evidence that she will return home. A B2 will permit her to stay for a maximum duration of 6 months (12 with an extension).

  2. CPG is right, 5 years it is, not 10. Of course, when you're waiting for the love of your life it may feel like 10 years. The petition would fall into the F2a family preference category. You can check this out for yourself by looking at the Visa Bulletin in the  immigrant visa section at travel.state.gov.

  3. it takes long to process if you are not a citizen of the country you are filing from it's best you obtain your citizenship first

  4. JUST HAVE THE HONEYMOON,    NO,5 to ten-10 YEARS,approx.

consult a law expert. CANCEL that Wedding?

  5. You should first try to apply for citizenship for yourself. As soon as you have that, you can apply for a K1 visa to bring her to the US as you fiancee to get married or for a K3 to bring her to the US as your spouse. After that, as soon as she is in the US, you can apply for Adjustment of Status - Green Card. If you get your citizenship (not sure how long that takes, but not too long), a K1 visa is about 4-8 months to obtain, whereas a K3 is about a couple of months longer. Unfortunately, green card holders cannot apply for a K1 or K3 visa :(

You can find more information on travel.state.gov and on many forums around the web (visajourney, familybasedimmigration). Good Luck!
