I would reccomend betting on over 0.5 goals if you want to play it really safe. The odds on that are like 1.25 on Betfair which seem very reasonable. However it is totally up to you and I hold no responsibility if you loose your bet.

I have just done that. I would go with Spain full time

and 3+ goals.

Russia is a very offensive team and it is very likely that there will be at least 3 goals.
