I do agility drills at the high school everyday

I'm 5'10'' 175lbs and bench about 180-185 and squat 225

but how do i bring my weight down to about 160 because i'm only gonna be a freshman and don't wanna go to the o-line or d-line.

  1. musle weights more then fat your probley getting stronger r taller! :D happy living!

  2. drink myoplex after you workout and excersize on an elyptial or treadmill

  3. 175 is a bit on the light side for a high school LB. Hit the weight room, and add 15 pounds of solid muscle.

  4. If you are building muscle, you may be gaining weight because muscle weighs more than fat. If you do think you have some extra fat to loose, I'd suggest cutting out the sugar and reducing the carbs. If you eat a high protein diet with just a little bit of carbs and cut out soda and juice, I'm sure you'll loose the weight before football starts.
