  1. It all depends on whether you are a good enough player. By which I mean are you making regular century plus breaks, Also how old are you because you need to be at least 16+ to get a crack at the pro circuit, with that in mind I would say if you are at this sort of level & age get in touch I would be willing to back you financially for the first year, just to see how far you could go.

  2. If you don't give it a go, you'll never know. Go for it mate!

  3. it depends on how good a snooker player you are and how motivated you are. i think that you should join a snooker club and let your parents see how good you are and maybe it will change there minds?

  4. Well you just have to put your ball out there and hit the the road and see what your made of other wise you will never know. just do it you only live once. and if you ever make it to chicago stop by "Chris' billiards" you can get some action with me.

    good luck

  5. Give up...

  6. go with your heart. do what you wanna do! life's too short to not try what you want to. even if you don't make it, what's the worst that'll happen? don't let other people control your life. it's yours!

  7. are u good.if you are.you are the man.close your eyes breath in breath out, open your eyes take your cue and go for it my man.

  8. why not play in some non-pro events first to see where you class up.   Then from there, you can experiment if you want to turn pro or not.

and if you're not as good as a pro player, keep practicing, but dont quit your day job til you master snooker.  then maybe later on you will get good enough to compete with the best.

but give it a try, it's worth a shot.

  9. you need to get a    manager

  10. Don't give up! :)
