I wanna run faster again

I use to run my miles in 6 minutes and now it takes me like 10,i also cant go on running for very long anymore,i just dont have the stmaina,i get more tired,so what are some

good conditioning exercises?

  1. You most train fast to run fast. Sounds simple, but its rather hard. Go out to a local track and run mile repeats as fast as you can.  


  2. what are you doing on the computer? start running!

  3. run every day and you will get better and then sprint around your house thats what i do to get better

  4. take it slow..... try just walking for like 30 min for a week, then the next week try speedwalking, the next week joggin, and from there just speed it up a little, but not too much. Also Stretching helps
