you could always just write it yourself -- it is your uncle.  I like to go to famousquotes.com to get inspiration.  maybe that will help.

it feels like just yesterday,

i said my last goodbye,

but i hope it is tommorow,

where i remember the best,

you were so kind,

so gentle at mind,

we were'nt the closest,

that i regret,

but i cant change that,

so this is goodbye,

my dearly beloved uncle

i think that might be good i just made that up as i went along..

im only 14 too.. i hope that works
