I wanna sell dog treats to my neighborhood?

Ok, so my neighborhood is full of pplz who love there dogs and puppys. But i wanna sell them homemade dog treats, i was just wondering if there are any laws that i have to follow?

it depends on where you live and make sure your neighbors dogs are allergic to anything or they may think your poisoned the treats.

go for it ive done this many of times and whose to say that i dont sue those other dog treat companys if my dog throws up, i have a batch of treats in the oven right now peanut butter puddles, i sell them at my local dog park.

I wouldn't do it honestly. Too much of a liability. All you need is to have one of their dogs end up sick and they try and sue you.
