I wanna send a letter to my boyfriend. Help?

he's in Georgia right now, and I'm in Florida and we talk on the phone every night but i wanna send him a letter cause it's more personal. Can someone help me? do i just stick the stamp on the envelope or what? I know about all the address stuff and all that jazz, but where does the stamp go? and how many do i need just one? right?

You should need just one regular stamp, unless the letter and envelope together weigh more than an ounce, then you will need more postage. You just stick the stamp(s) in the upper-right hand corner of the front of the envelope. The front is the smooth side of the envelope. Then you just l**k the sticky stuff to close the envelope and stick it in the mail and you're good to go!
