  1. You would need to obtain a bachelor's degree, from a university that is reputable and appropriately accredited or approved by your home government. You can study any course/major you'd like, other than law, but you must do very well in terms of grades and etc. If you can volunteer or do some work that's related to law or politics, that may be helpful. As you get close to the end of your studies, you need to sit for the LSAT exam, and do fairly well on that. You may also need the TOEFL, if English is not your first language.

    You'd then apply to law schools in the US. Law, in the US, is taught only at the graduate level.

    You can use sites like US News and World Reports to access rankings of US law schools, as well as see what grades and LSAT scores such schools tend to require.
