  1. Try either Frontera Grill or Topolabampo. Both are attached to each other. The owner/chef is Rick Bayless who was voted best chef in America by his peers. His food is so so so so good. Not at all what you find at most Mexican "style" restaurants. His is the real deal. It's a lively fun place to dine and people watch.

  2. Cafe Iberico.  Great vibe and GREAT food.  A good mix of people but the banquet style seating for most of the restaurant allows for getting to know your table mates and meeting new people.  They do serve sangria and have a bar but I wouldn't consider that to be the main event.  It's just great fun!

  3. Lao Si Chuan in downtown Chicago's chinatown- the BEST authentic chinese food- try their spicy beeef or lamb. sooo good.

  4. Nandoes

  5. i agree w/cafe Iberico...but well i think they're sangria is the biggest thing ur 20 so why go there.  but i like Brazzaz too, Maggiano's is pretty yummy hummm Lalo's is ok. Uhhh the cheese cake factory yummm there's a lot of places!

  6. You might really like Wishbone. It's mildly soul food-ish, and you can get new and interesting dishes like you'd want at a celebration. definitely try the macaroni & cheese (it's perfect, thick and cheesy) and the beef brisket.

they also have an outdoor seating area.

    have fun!
