Question:

I wanna tone my glutes and thighs, any suggestions?

I really need to tone my butt and thighs. Can anyone give me some suggestions or exercises that I can try. I have decided to change my diet as well, not one of those dangerous diets, but a healthy one. I'd appreciate any help you all can give me.

  1. First step get off your butt walking jogging squats swimming jumping jacks its all good ya just gotta do it.


  2. Don't forget to work on your whole body, not just your butt and thighs :)

    Squats, lunges, step-ups, rear leg lifts, and donkey kicks are great ways to improve both those areas. Doing hill sprints or running up the staircase in stadiums is a great way to get in cardio AND tone the butt and thighs.

  3. if your trying to "tone" and you have a lot of fat there, it's just like your abs, the only way is to get rid of the fat and strengthen the muscle.

    Up the cardio (do something you like doing, walking the dog, biking, rollerblading, wii fit) just get active as much as you can and be consistent,

    Eat healthy! less eating out and cook more (and add veggies fruits whole grains, fiber ) less soda (i prefer no soda) less sugar and caffine

    the the exercises

    Squats are great and you can do with or without weights, lunges are your best friend for glutes and thighs and deadlifts work the entire body.

    also if you belong to a gym and they have those stairstepper machines (especially the ones with the ACTUAL stairs) start using those (great for that area) start light and work your way up.

    also use the stairs instead of the elevator.

  5. OK this is gonna sound dirty, and I DON"T mean it to, but if you have s*x with the female on top.... those are exactly the muscles you'd be using. Kinda like taking care of two birds with one stone, eh?
