You say the best latin american country is Spain???

How can that be????  Latin America is, well, in the Americas, and Spain is, well, in Europe.  Kinda opposite parts of the world.

Then you want such divergent things, that I´m not sure you understand what any of them are.

Spain is a European country, east of Portugal and south of France. Nowhere near Central or South America.

and Mexican illegal immigrants are not spanish....they speak Spanish...it's different.
