I had one done in Minneapolis MN 8 weeks ago and the total costs were around $6000.  I didn't have insurance pay for any of it because it was purely cosmetic.  

The type of sugery depends on if its open or not and how much shaving or reconstructing they have to do.

I feel so much more confident and I love my new nose.

I know just how you feel. You want the bump removed right?I have that exact same kind of nose ( with the bump). Try a google search on cosmetic  surgery and a bunch of websites will be listed.You can also email the  medical board that moniters cosmetic surgeons and ask them for a reccomendation for qualified doctors in your area. Some sites will even tell you how much the surgery will cost.

Don't  forget you'll have the additional expenses of the hospital or surgery suite as well as the anthesiolgist fees.
