I want 2 know about vaccancy and process of recruiting special educators..........?

i'm 31,raduate in commerce and post graduate in history,english & economics &b-ed.done foundation course in special education.recently done post graduate professional diploma in special education with specialisation in mental retardion.please help.

Typically if you want to work in the public education system you will have to find job openings on your own.  I would suggest going to the website of your local school district and those that surround you in order to apply for positions.  You can find particular schools that are hiring and contact the principals.  Also, I would suggest contacting the director of HR in those districts and requesting an interview. That person will help to spread your resume around to principals that are in need.
