  1. Just keep some light snacks and soft drink which will keep you fresh, of if u r health conscious then keep a chewing gum it reduces laziness, and always try to do the subjects in which you have good interest during this time

  3. it is better to sleep at night. so better study after getting up early morning. also u can sleep when feel so but get up after two or three hours sleep, then study for two hrs and sleep again.

  4. IT' SIMPLE,SLEEP FOR ATLEAST ONE HOUR AT AFTERNOON.

  5. try to wake up early morning, your mind will be fresh to accept all inputs with concentration

  6. The best way is sleep in the afternoon or evening and start studying  in the night.

    a little sleep of 30 minutes is more than enough. it might be difficult for 2 or  3 days. but afterwards it surely works.

  7. practice awaking for 10 more min everyday.

    just study the interesting subjects

    don't be forced to be awake

    take care of ur health
