BOTH DEVLOPERS ARE CHEARTER THEY CHEARTS ONLY NO LAND IS THERE NO DEVLOPMENT IS THERE EVEN LOCAL BODIES ARE INVOLVED IN THEIR FRAUDS . BUT AS THE LAW  SYSTEM IN INDIA SO FLEXIBLE THAT BOTH THE DEVLOPERS ARE MOVING FREELY TILL NOW GETTING CRORES OF MPNEY OF INVESTORS IN THEIR POCKET . SO BEAWARE FOR THESE FRAUDIES

Prgati valley much better than Bhaskar Valley.
Reasons:
   -No basic infrastructure development at BHaskar Valley (No Sewage line, No water connection-For Water connection, Orior Developer has a tank to show but which cannot supply water to even 20% of the area)
   -Bhaskar Valley on Rocky land where development cost at least 5 times higher than other plain location).  The developer cheated people by giving Rocky/Hilly land bought for free at high rate to customer
   -Greedy Bhaskar Valley Management wants to keep many land right with them even after selling plot.  They make sign many illogical agreement and put many
condition like arbitration clause in SALE DEED.  Even if you buy bhASKAR vALLEY PLOT, THEY CAN STILL HARASS YOU.
