I want Dish Network Again first account went to collections?

i would like dish network again my first account went to collections for $230 would i have to pay this balance to get service again or will i have to pay a security deposit

If your name/social security number were on the old account, and you ring up Dish Network and try to subscribe, you'll need to pay the old account in full and most likely pay a security deposit.  

If you have a roommate or family member you live with, maybe they can sign-up and you can simply give them some cash to pay the bill.
