I want a african dwarf frog in my tank but i need to know a little more about them?

i used to have these little neon fish in my tank but there PH level was to hard to keep and they were a little boring but i expected that they were mostly for the looks but now i want african dwarf frogs in my tank i have this 5.5 gallon tank this is what it looks like http://www.petsmart.com/product/zoom/index.jsp?productId=2753106

i never had a goldfish for it because the tank is way to small for that but is the tank too big or small for the frog and how many frogs can i fit in it

but what else will i need to know and how do i keep the PH level were it needs to be i have already from the previous fish rocks fake plants filter heater light anti-chlorine drops and a fish decor so my previous fish could hide in what else do i need

and where can i buy a african dwarf frog because all my local pet stores dont carry them ive checked all of them pet-smart pet-co pet-land that is all i have and if i have to order them what happens if i find them dead when i get them

by the way i dont have any fish anymore

sometimes walmrt gets em wait for petsmart they may bring it once in a while. you feed teem frozen blood worms drop 1 cube in the tank. they need a hiding spot.
