i been off the shot for every since june 18 2007 i start my cycle in january i didn't have one in march and april so i start taking the fertility blend on june 18 2008 and i take them 3 time a day i had a cycle on july 14 i then had s*x on the 8,11,13,14,16,19,and the 20th day after my cycle

I am not sure what kind of treatment you are on but yes, it is possible to have a baby with fertility treatments.  I was able to get pregnant a few times with fertility treatments.
