what are the diets and position should I follow to conceive a girl?

Unfortnately there are no diets, positions or anything else you can do to increase your chances of a particular gender. The male really chooses the gender in the sperm alone. I wanted a girl as well but ended up with a boy! It doesnt matter to me, long as he is healthy.

Other than that it will always be a 50-50 chance.

It truly is a 50-50 shot.  The boy swimmers are less frisky so if you are having s*x frequently you MAY have a better shot at a girl.  However it has not worked for me yet.  I'm cooking a 3rd boy now....

Here is something to think about....the girl sperm swims slow, but lives longer.  Whereas the boy sperm swim fast and die quickly.  The earlier days before Ovulation could be a better chance for a girl since they live longer.  Just something to think about.  Other than that, it's hard to tell.
