hi im polly age 13 and i already have my hair realy short so i cant cut that even shorter so i need some idias ( as many as you can) - THE MORE IDIAS YOU HAVE FOR ME THE MORE I MIGHT GIVE U 10 POINTS ! thankzzz xxxxxxx

dunno if your mum would let you but what about dying your hair or getting high/low lights.

try a different colour with makeup.

wear some clothes and shoes that you wouldnt normally wear.

if you dont already pluck your eyebrows.

You could buy a headband or a hat. Do you have a watch? You can get a really nice watch. Get a new outfit. No change is complete without a new outfit. New shoes...maybe sandals. You can get some really cute sandals nowdays! Toe socks...don't know how far you want to go but they are cute...most of all remember if they are true friends it won't matter what you wear...it just matters that you are there with them. try using accessories with different outfits. use a little make up and maybe use some styling gel to spike your hair. try having some highlights in your hair. or have your hair layered if its really thick

I know you said that your hair is short but you didn't mention what kind of hair you have. Try curling it up with some mousse and a curl activator or if you have curly hair straighten it.

Pamper yourself. Get yourself a facial and you will surely have a natural glow that will illuminate when you see your friends. Manicure and pedicure. Then dress in that new outfit.
