I think you are getting the term firewall and firmware confused. You need a custom firmware. I can't tell you where to get one, but be very careful a botched firmware update can ruin your psp.

It's not a firewall, it's firmware. It's not hard to install it, but you'll need Pandoras battery and a special program on the memory card. As I understand, you're not good with computers, so don't do it - you can brick your PSP if you do something wrong.
