I want a fake ID to be 18. Can I change the date of birth on an out of date passport? how?

The passport that I am using is not in date (expired) so there is no way that any government official would see it as I do not use it when travelling.

get a passport online. print it. cut out the date of birth or just a number. laminate it on. enjoy time in prison. that should do you fine.... haha
