I want a gamo hunter extreme what .cal .22 .117?

i want 2 kill larg birds and rabbits some one said something bout the .117 biengs to fast and starts wobaling so should i get the .22 i want my gun to go far and be really strong like i seen a video of a guy taking out a 180 pound hog but it was a dif gun a report said but it also said the gamo gun used was just alike so reply plz

  1. If you have to have the Gamo Hunter Extreme, you better go with the .177

    To the best of my knowledge, Gamo does not make the Hunter Extreme in .22 caliber.

  2. A .22 will make the task much easier.  You will see a little less velocity from the .22 versus the .177, but you will gain energy from being able to use heavier pellets.  Both will work well though.

    My RWS 34 Panther in .22 can really drop a rabbit.
