i live in gurgaon. I have n frnd here i really want some one who respect me who care me i don't want very beautifull but a littel bit, i want a girlfrnd who is like a cute small baby.

You should be yourself around women, be honest with them and yourself.  Don't get your expectations too high or you will never find "the one".

Get out and about and do things socially, go to places where others your age spend time, join a club, find a hobby and then find others who have the same hobby!
