I want a good eyeliner pencil that doesn't run all over my face. Any suggestions?

I line my lower lid and it gets smudged and gives an illusion of dark circles:-( I've used Estee Lauder and Revlon and Prestige, but still have the problem.

I hear that Urban Decay has a good eyeliner pencil... but youd should definiteley think about gel eyeliners. They require a brush to put on, but they work soooo much better than pencil eyeliners! Trust me, you won't go back after you try em :)  They take a little getting used to, but once you do, they're great!! My favorite one is by Stila...

i really dont like maybelline define a line, its too smudgy but ive never had a problem with almay :)

My favorite eyeliner that never smudges or runs is Marykay's eyeliner.  But you can also try MAC or Urban Decay, they have some good ones.

It's more spendy but I love the Clinique Quick Liner. I've been using it for years and love it! It's also been voted best eye liner by Allure magazine! Give it a try! Good luck. :)

Try the Pur eyeliner. It's mainly a face makeup company, but i use the eyeliner also and it's amazing. It stays on even when im sweating playing sports

you need something waterproof! or an eyeliner sealer.

make sure u use pressed or loose powder on face before doing your eyeliner to absorb any oil, it will be less likely to smudge.

They make skin primer, which is designed to help makeup stay in place.

Also, go to youtube and search for eyeliner tips. They make plently of tuturials for makeup that help, ALOT.
