I want a good read. I've got to start reading more and I never pick up a book because I often can't find a ?

good one. I like mystery, romance (NOT cheesy stuff...like teen love..that isn't immature...haha that's ironic) , and books like The Glass Castle (A Memoir), Nancy Drew is an old favorite of mine. Well I can't think of any others at the moment but hopefully this will help you to help me. : )

Also "The Tricksters" by her.  And if you like classics at all, Wuthering Heights is a great read.

James Patterson has a four book series out "Maximum Ride" starting with  "the Angel Experiment". Read the jacket cover to see what they are about and then read the books in the proper order {so things don't get confusing}. I guaranty a 'good read' for anyone of any age, any gender, any time.

The Giver by Lois Lowry. I just read it today and it's excellent. Maybe not a typical read for you, but it's really good.

The Host by Stephenie Meyer (I suggest that before the Twilight Saga)

Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte. Definitely.

A really good one is 'Till We Have Faces' by C.S Lewis. It's a myth retold and is stuffed with heartaching love and mystery. I adore it.

The Life of Pi, I think the author's name is Yan Martel?  Life changingly good.  Also, A Girl Named Zippy by Haven Kimmel, is a really good memoir.  It's hard to beat The Glass Castle, though.  I sobbed and sobbed.  Oh.  The Changeling by Keith Donohue or Donohoe, is sooo good.  Memoirs of a Geisha is 1,000,000 times better than the movie.  Good reading!

Well if you are the ages between 10-13 i would read the book eleven. there is a whole series. i love it!!
